Metal Roof

Complete Structure Rehab

This job was a rehab of an existing structure ready to be demolished. We got it back up to code and looking beautiful.

Terra Cotta Replacement

This job was a complete tear off. We replaced decking re roofed with terra cotta, added new flashing, new bead board soffit, new crown moulding, hidden gutters, the works. With the help of the historic preservation, we were able to save this historic house on Charlestons east end.

A tree had fallen on a home so we repaired a section of the roof structure and re-roofed that area.
